You can return products that you purchase from us to us within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided that the goods are complete and in the same condition as when received. Delivery time
The delivery time for packages is usually 2 to 3 working days from receipt of payment.
The delivery time for shipping bags (BÜ/WA shipment) is usually 4 to 5 working days from receipt of payment.
