The KondiMaster X7/12 is the flexible evolution of our popular MMA timer. You can now replace 7 of the 12 functions with alternative interval sets (see table below) – ideal for trainers, gyms, and anyone who wants to precisely tailor their routines.

As usual: robust casing, loud buzzer, easy operation.
The new time options primarily cater to training sessions with short breaks – typical for intense HIIT. Intervals such as 45/15 seconds were particularly requested by many coaches and athletes and are now available as selectable sets.

Here are the functions of the MMA timer.

Functions 1 to 5:

(Circuit training)

• Signal tone every 10 seconds (Optional 20/10 second interval)
• Signal tone every 15 seconds (Optional 120/30 second interval)
• Signal tone every 20 seconds
• Signal tone every 30 seconds
• Signal tone every 40 seconds (optional 50/10 second interval)

Flexible HIIT and Tabata timer for your workout

The KondiMaster X7/12 was developed directly based on feedback from trainers and gyms. Many of the original MMA functions are rarely used in practice – therefore, these slots can now be replaced with your preferred intervals. This keeps the operation familiar, but makes the timer significantly more flexible.

The order of the optional timers might seem somewhat random, but that's intentional: We've replaced the functions that were used less frequently to make room for modern training methods like HIIT , circuit training , and Tabata . Particularly popular are intervals such as 45/15 , 40/10 , 40/20 , 50/10 , 120/30 , and the classic Tabata format with 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest (8 cycles = 4 minutes). These kinds of sets make the X7/12 an ideal HIIT timer , Tabata timer , and training timer for intensive interval training .

This timer is therefore ideal for functional training , martial arts , boxing training , boot camps, gyms and all coaches who need a clearly audible and absolutely reliable workout timer – completely smartphone-free and robustly built for daily studio use.
