Maximum freedom for your training: The KondiMaster FLEX is the ultimate interval timer if you are looking for full flexibility. While conventional timers often have rigid programs, this interval timer can be individually configured to your needs. With a total of 12 functions, of which you can fill 7 slots with alternative interval times from the table below, it becomes the perfect companion for boxing, strength training or athletics.

Here are the functions of the MMA Timer

Functions 1 to 5:

(Circuit Training)

• Signal tone in 10-second intervals   (Optional 20/10 second intervals)
• Signal tone in 15-second intervals   (Optional 120/30 second intervals)
• Signal tone in 20-second intervals
• Signal tone in 30-second intervals
• Signal tone in 40-second intervals   (Optional 50/10 second intervals)

Functions 6 to 8:

(Boxing Match)

• 1 min. boxing /1 min. break /1 min. boxing ... etc.
• 2 min. boxing /1 min. break /2 min. boxing ... etc.
• 3 min. boxing /1 min. break /3 min. boxing ... etc.

Function 9: Partner Training "Pyramid Trainee"

• Automatic partner change without breaks:
• Sequence (seconds): 10/10 – 20/20 – 30/30 – 20/20 – 10/10
• Principle: Person 1 works, Person 2 works immediately after – intervals increase and then decrease again.

Function 10: Partner Training "Pyramid Fighter"

• The professional version for maximum endurance:
• Sequence (seconds): 10/10 – 20/20 – 30/30 – 40/40 – 30/30 – 20/20 – 10/10
• Principle: Same as Function 9, but with an increased stress peak of 40 seconds per partner.

Adapted for the longer MMA and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu round times.
