The KondiMaster MMA-VOL combines the proven professional timings of Mixed Martial Arts with flexible volume selection. With 12 functions, including exact competition intervals for MMA, it is the ideal tool for gyms and home athletes. Thanks to the two selectable volume levels, the signal adapts perfectly – from focused training at home to loud sparring in a large hall.

Functions 1 to 5:

(Circuit training)

• Signal tone every 10 seconds
• Signal tone every 15 seconds
• Signal tone every 20 seconds
• Signal tone every 30 seconds
• Signal tone every 40 seconds

Functions 6 to 8:

(Boxing match)

• 1 min. boxing / 1 min. break
• 2 min. boxing / 1 min. break

Function 9: Partner training "Pyramid Trainee"

• Automatic partner change without breaks:
• Sequence (seconds): 10/10 – 20/20 – 30/30 – 20/20 – 10/10
• Principle: Person 1 works, Person 2 works immediately afterwards – the intervals increase and then decrease again.

Function 10: Partner training "Pyramid Fighter"

• The professional variant for maximum endurance:
• Sequence (seconds): 10/10 – 20/20 – 30/30 – 40/40 – 30/30 – 20/20 – 10/10
• Principle: Same as function 9, but with an increased peak load of 40 seconds per partner.

Functions 11 to 12:

MMA (Mixed Martial Art)

• 5 min. boxing / 1 min. break
• 10 min. boxing / 1 min. break
